The new DEAD CENTER BIG SHOT SERIES XL target gives you a clean field of view below the center point of aim for easier alignment of iron sights and scopes. The triangular wedge design allows you to pull-up on center much faster than conventional bull's-eye targets.

Thompson’s DEAD CENTER makes it easy for you to concentrate on accurate shot placement because it’s easier to find and hold on center. Targets are bright red and white with a 1” grid. A perfect target for extreme distances over 200 yards or for up-close pistol shooting. Each target includes a scoring area.

Designed for handguns and rifles at 20 feet to 500 yards.

    I've tried all kinds of targets for iron sight zeroing, both for handgun and rifle. These are the absolute best I've ever used. Inexplicably (to me), they are not very popular and are being discontinued. Get them while you can.

    I bought these targets because my eye sight isn't what it used to be. I've only just started using them at 50 yards (iron sights) with my AR15, and are much easier to see than traditional targets. I'll be taking them out to the 100 yard range this weekend. I'll update the post then.

    I got these to try for handgun and open sights with my aging eyes I can better define the lower edge of the target rather than 6 o’clock hold on a standard bullseye target. Works great for scope also. I would like to see the target colored blue to make it easier to distinguish when using orange front sight.

    A great target for iron sights or scope. I can align my sights, both iron and crosshair, much better with this target than with the circular bullseye. The target reminds me of Gary Cooper "cutting the V" during the shooting contest in the movie "Sergeant York."

  • Absolutely the best target to use with black sights, either cross hairs or open iron sights. The high degree of contrast makes sighting in much easier.

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Shipping
